Benedicta is an experienced and detail-oriented social worker with strong management and problem-solving skills. She possesses a deep passion for empowering women and families by delivering tailored interventions such as counseling and training to facilitate the achievement of both short-term and long-term goals.

Her expertise lies in fostering interprofessional relationships while upholding ethical standards and values. With over 12 years of experience working with women, children, and families in the UK and Ghana, she currently serves as a part-time case manager at the Women’s Initiative for Self-Empowerment (WISE), focusing on aiding victims of sexual and gender-based violence.

Additionally, she holds a board position at the Single Parents’ Support Network (SPSN). She is an entrepreneur in the hospitality sector. She owns and manages an event sector.

She holds bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Ghana Legon, in 2000, and a post graduate diploma in Social Work from Christ Church University in Canterbury, UK 2008. She furthered her expertise as an entrepreneur in hospitality by completing additional training in event planning and decor in 2019.
